A clear bright medium golden yellow color. A summer bouquet of buttercups and ripe yellow plums and apples with a toasty touch. An extraordinary elegant, fruity and fresh dry white wine with flavors of honey, fresh pineapple, apple and impressions of butter, but besides yellow fruit it has a fine refreshing finish.
 
This elegant dry wine pairs well with crustaceans like lobster or crayfish, most fish preparations and Asian cuisine.
