An intense cherry red color. Flavors of soft red fruits, such as strawberries, red and black cherries and a touch of forest strawberries. A fine velvety start, in the mouth much red fruit with delicate acids, well-integrated toasted fine oak and enjoyable tannins as a finish. A subtle, elegant red wine.
 
Will complement wonderfully cheeses and small game such as pheasant with figs or rabbit with prunes. Red meat (venison, wild boar, hare) and in particular duck or lamb is the perfect marriage.
